We specialise in providing safe, comfortable, inexpensive apartments for students, interns, and apprentices coming to Athlone. Our Athlone student room rates reflect two different room types available. Please book early to avoid disappointment, as our rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. You need to keep in mind that there is a shortage of student accommodation in Athlone.

All utility bills are included–heating and electric, water, WiFi, refuse, nightly security patrols, and use of basketball & tennis courts.
You can opt to pay in two installments, or to pay via payment plan*.
*If you opt to pay via the payment plan, an administration fee of €50 will be applied to each monthly invoice.
Refundable Security Deposit:
To secure your place, a deposit of €500 is required.
If you decide not to take up your place for any reason, you may request a refund of your deposit, minus a €100 administration fee.
To be eligible for this refund:
Non–first year applicants must notify us by 30th June 2025.
First-year applicants must notify us by 5pm on the day CAO results are released

Your security deposit is refundable at the end of the academic year if the apartment is returned in a satisfactory condition. Deductions will be made from this deposit for any damage or breakages, if the room has been smoked in, or if the apartment is not clean and tidy.
If a student leaves during the academic year, they will lose their security deposit.
Booking Links:
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen has full cooking facilities including a kettle, toaster and microwave with a full complement of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Apartments are also provided with an iron, ironing board, sweeping brush, dustpan with a brush, mop with a bucket and a vacuum cleaner.
Each bedroom is secure with a lockable door, is single occupancy and is comfortably furnished with a bed, bedside locker, desk, chair, desk lamp, mirror and wastepaper basket.
